unfairly treated

I came into this store one night right after i got off of work i had everything that was requested of me from a previous loan thati had at the 518 store the hispanic girl in the office was so rude .everything i gave her she stated was not up to her standard/ i gave her a printed out bank statement from online she said she could not use it because it did not show the web address on the bottom/ she said she could not use the ss# that is printed on top of my ck stub she need the card. the main thing is i used each and everything i just stated at the 518 store with no problem/ i also called the store on 59 and spoke two one on the csr she stated i could use the very things i was told i could not use the girl at veterans..i am already ashamed that i have to come and get a payday loan it makes yo feel worse when your prejudged and denied because someone has an grip or what ever the reason may have been.
